Closes #90

  • Changed EMAIL_RECIPIENT_REGEX to support both notifications+channel.level@whatever.cern.ch AND notifications+channel+level@whatever.cern.ch
  • Moved the whole address specified in email_template/simple_notification.html error mail into config EMAIL_GATEWAY_ADDRESS.
  • Moved the string with SNOW url specified in email_template/simple_notification.html error mail into config EMAIL_GATEWAY_OPENTICKET.
