[#47][HOTFIX] Handle routing for channel relation unsubscribed users

Changes:

  • get_channel_unsubscribed_users method to retrieve the channel_unsubsribed__users relation table content
  • Drop those unsubscribed users when found in a channel group to prevent sending to them
