[#103] Alphanumeric and punctuation channel name validation

As it was mentioned in the MR https://gitlab.cern.ch/push-notifications/backend/-/merge_requests/92, maybe I forgot to add any other special character.

Also, Emmanuel mentioned the fact of trimming the final spaces and get rid of the ending whitespace validation. Any suggestion?
