[HOTFIX] Improvements to scheduled notifications selection

- Block past date and times from being selected (and clear changes when selection affects previously selected)

- Saved advanced settings on the draft and clear on reset. Also pre-opens the tab if there's advanced settings saved on the draft). Before we where saving some of them as url and link and not clearing them (would lead to notifications being sent with this field set from previous drafts)
- Inspired by gmail to change copy and UI look
