"[#54] Refactor ids: use uuid"

• Changed table ID types to uuid (string)
• User primarykey changed from username to ID
• Renamed channel.id to channel.slug
  • slug autogenerated proposal
• Reorganized preferences and devices into proper sub folders
• imports cleaned up
