TMinuit max pars limit check

Federico Montereali requested to merge checkNjets_Tminuit into master

Check the maximum number of extra jets to ensure that the number of TMinuit parameters remains below the maximum limit of 50 (with 14 extra jets and the 2 candidate jets, (x3: E,phi,eta), 48 parameters are reached). If the limit is exceeded, simply not run the fit for these events and return the same kinematics as before the fit.
