Matrix plotting

In plotmatrix: Adding logarithmic scale colorbar option Adding a colormap for only positive value (cmap_pos flag)
in helpers.py added also an option to print text among two values now it prints texlabels if they are in the json file in matrix class: changed to allow texlabels (to be improved)
