feat: Add local example Bash script (!11)

• Add a Bash script that runs the same steps as the CI for local testing demonstration but with the 'docker' backend.
• Add constraint of 'jsonschema<=4.9.1' given regression in https://github.com/yadage/yadage-schemas/issues/38.
