distcc on non-standard machines
Symptom (Marian):
There is a problem [1] with distcc when building on the Cincinnati cluster. By default the quantas were used. After disabling distcc, the build seems to run fine.
Hint (Rosen):
This sounds to me like you have OpenCL that is found by CMake
locally but the quantas don't have it. I think I should just find a
way to disable that unconditionally.
