As the event loop manager moved to Trigger, HLTMPPU doesn't know about the time elapsed in each step of processing. The new DataSource interface uses a std::promise to send certain time information to HLTMPPU.

- scripts/runHLTMPPy.py now only consists of the command line parser and helper functions - functions to run the software is moved to python/HLTMPPy/runner.py - files copied from athenaHLT project is moved into python/HLTMPPy/ with prefix athenaHLT

Now, user can select which command line parser to use: - For athenaHLT style parser, use runHLTMPPy_athenaHLT.py - For runHLTMPPy stype parser, use runHLTMPPy.py They will both create a similar python dictionary and use the same runHLTMPPy() function.
