test: Introduce input, config, hashes for VCU128 

test: bmtf: Introduce BMTF STUB regression

Input data collected from VCU128 with 256 packets, 1 orbit per packet

test: Add golden sha256 for GMT

Computed with sha256sum for the first 104857600 bytes and
input file gmt_muon_testfile.dat.

fix: test: Call correct config for GMT proc tests

fix: test: Change passthrough, n-pipelines configs

test: calo: Add tests for primitive objects, sum

test: Add hashes based on b285aee2

fix: test: Rename passthrough hash file
