[main,pipeline] Refactor multiple pipelines

Introduces pipeline functionality to the main executable in SCDAQ.
Applies RAII to MultiPipeline construction and simplifies the constructor
to prevent bugs such as zero-initializing number of streams,
which can cause TBB to hang and the thread to busy-wait indefinitely.
