Check if SCDAQ actually successfully runs in CI

This can't currently be merged because it looks like we have been running with some issues for a while:

  • The GMT test times out and timeout then returns error code 124.
  • The CALO test dumps the core. ("timeout: the monitored command dumped core"1)

@tjames, could you have a look at the calo issue? (As a first step it would be good to know when the test started failing.) For the muon issue I suppose we can either increase the timeout or reduce the number of iterations? Also here it might be interesting if this ever worked or we silently got slower in processing..
