Feature calopacker
Allows calorimeter data to be stored in a condensed format with the BX and orbit numbers extracted from the trailer and headers respectively.
Also contains fix for uGMT muons:
- now pass the rd_ptr and wr_ptr to the FillOrbit and CountBX functions so that they read and fill at the correct positions. Before they were restarting from the first orbit each time. This was not noticeable when testing with the uGMT test stand at B40 because every orbit is the same. It was observed upon deployment at P5 and then investigated using a PASS_THROUGH capture from P5, which is now part of the testing chain.
