New JPype version breaks PyJAPC with error:
AttributeError: type object 'cern.japc.ext.inca.IncaConfigurator' has no attribute 'clientAccelerator'This PR limits JPype dependency to 0.6.* so that the newer version does not sneak into the fresh environment.
