Made the pyjapc.pyjapc submodule private

Made the pyjapc.pyjapc module private. The pyjapc.PyJapc class is the primary entrypoint, not the module itself.

Obiously this could be considered a breaking change, but the solution is a simple and backwards compatible one - from pyjapc.pyjapc import PyJapc becomes from pyjapc import PyJapc.
