jpype-stubs generated for JPackage(...) literal stubs hides real jpype stubs

The jpype-stubs generated to put JPackage(...) stubs hides the real stubs in jpype, which are needed to e.g. make typed Java lists work. It confuses PyCharm, which will not recognize anymore that e.g. Java ArrayList is compatible with python list.
