[SPI-2087] Add collier 1.2.5 and prophecy4f 3.0 into stack

  • Update collier to 1.2.5 in nightlies, also add a patch adding installation of collier_init.mod needed by prophecy4f 3.0
  • Update prophecy4f to 3.0, enable -fallow-argument-mismatch for gcc >= 10.0 and for clang >= 11.0
  • Install examples of prophecy4f configurations
