LCG_102 and porting of xrootd changes to LCG_102-patches

Port !1391 (merged) into LCG_102-patches

  • new toolchains for LCG_102a, LCG_102acuda and LCG_102aswan
  • Preserve exact old instructions and dependencies for version (5.4.2) of xrootd from 102.
  • For any different version the new recipe will be used
  • reproducibility of build artifacts of LCG_102 is tested.
