SPI-2229: update awkward, uproot, boost-histogram

Add packages

  • uproot-browser (0.4.0) with dependencies:
    • textual (0.1.18)
    • plotext (5.2.7)

Upgrade packages

  • awkward to 1.10.1
  • boost-histogram to 1.3.2
  • uproot to 4.3.7
  • hist to 2.6.2

Remove packages

  • awkward0
  • uproot3
  • uproot3-methods

To run the testing, add a comment with:

Bot test PACKAGE|all in TOOLCHAIN|all [(only|also) for LABEL-COMPILER-BUILDTYPE] please!

To ensure patches required for existing LCG branches are not lost, please add the respective labels: alsoTargeting:LCG_102-patches, alsoTargeting:master, etc.
