NightlyPipeline: export NIGHTLY_MODE so that binaries are always installed without hash

If my understanding is correct, we then need to rebuild (REVISION) those packages which are currently showing errors in the libtool-path-test test.

This is further complicated, because the issue only occurs when the package is needed and installed from the binary and not taken from cvmfs yet.
