Switched the build recipe for gperftools-2.15 from autotools to CMake to address potential issues with libtcmalloc_minimal.so not being correctly linked to pthread.

Raised by Attila in SPI-2496. 104d_ATLAS layers with gperftools-2.15 are affected.
