Root with lz4 and connector protobuf

Richard Bachmann requested to merge Root_with_lz4_and_connector_protobuf into master

Adds missing mysql-connector-python dependency on protobuf to fix slc6 build failure. Makes ROOT take lz4 from stack, since it was added as a dependency of mariadb.
