Removal of hspy and Django from stack before LCG_97 release. This change was discussed at the LIM meeting some months ago, where it was determined that these packages are of little interest. Cause for removal: hspy is not python3 compatible, and no longer maintained. Django appears to only have been included due to hspy depending on it.
