A script for publishing patched source files for debugging

Provides a script for publishing a release's patched source files on CVMFS, in order to help experiments debug. The script takes in a list of EOS URLS for the packages, and deploys them at the correct spot. The input file can be generated using LCGCMake (TODO: separate merge).
