Modify noise tuning for SYNC

In order to find the minimum stable threshold of SYNC, the 'tune_local_threshold_noise' shuold be used to lower the global threshold incrementally and disable noisy pixels until the disable goal is reached. Any TDAC modification should of course be disabled when running the script with the SYNC enabled.
