Use NaN for non-calibrated injection delay values
At the moment the delay mask created by the injection delay scan contains zeros for non-calibrated delay values (e.g. pixels not used in the scan). However, it would be nice to have here NaN (not a possible delay value) in order to check easier if the delay mask fits to the selected pixels (e.g. in the in-time-threshol scan).
