Sync analysis

Features and Bug fixes:

• Too many (and the same) event headers that occur with the sync flavour are treated now correctly
• Unit test added for testing
• Fall back to event header alignment when external trigger number is missing
• Show new event stati in event status plot

Note: This MR needs !106 (merged) to be merged first, since it uses its updated fixtures.
