KC705 support

Uncomment the line '`define KC705' in rd53a_daq.v to use the Xilinx evaluation board instead of the Mercury KX2 board. Before compiling the bitfile, switch to the KC705 design run in the Vivado project. This will also take care of the the pin assignments.
