Tot calibration

This will provide a ToT calibration scan per pixel using the charge injection circuit. The ToT calibration (mean ToT for each scan step) per pixel can be accessed via HisttotCalMean from the interpreted hits file. The result is a scan map for mean TOT with 5 separate tot curves for 5 random pixels in the selected flavor.
