Bugfixes

This MR fixes several bugs:

• Hotfix to reset LATENCY_CONFIG before every scan as long as no full register reset handling is implemented
• Fix #172 (closed)
• Fix #170 (closed)
• Fix #123 (closed)
• Log RX errors after scan as WARNING instead of INFO
• Fix some typos
• Full code cleanup in scan_base, fifo_readout and plotting
