This MR has a breaking API change: force event at trigger alignment is not an extra flag any more but just the align_method=2. There is nothing special about this, an extra flag clutters our API too much.
A new unit test for the in-time raw data sending for EUDAQ is added with data from the buggy sync flavour. The data is from #190 (closed). No issues were found.
