Small fixes

This adds some fixes/enhancements (most important):

• plot only scurves of enabled pixels
• fix overdrive calculation
• calculate percentage of disabled pixels from number of enabled pixels in noise noise tuning
• fix enabling of hitbus mask
• add mean and sigma to TOT plot
