New calibration constants

This MR introduces new default trimbit settings for VREF_A/D, VREF_ADC as well as the ADC itself. Also, the new energy calibration function is used for the electron scale in plotting. It also adds new calibration routines for VREF ADC using an external multimeter as well as for the on-chip temperature sensors using the NTC on the SCC.

TODO:

  • Converge on an electron offset value to use
  • Implement error propagation on threshold and noise fit results

New default values for MON_BG_TRIM and MON_ADC_TRIM also call for new temperature calibration constants:

  • Run temperature calibration with new default values and add new default temperature calibration values
