Additions

This MR adds many small and not so mall features:

• General cleanup and bugfixes

  • Remove needlecard.py from main branches, only lives on in waferprobing branches
  • VREF calibration: Better stop point, so you don't loose communication with the chip
  • TDAC map added to all scan pdfs containing also a TDAC distribution plot

• CLI revamp

  • Commands renamed to bdaq instead of bdaq53
  • Many new subcommands: bdaq_firmware, bdaq_config, ...
  • Rename firmware_manager.py to manage_firmware.py clean up interface

• Configuration manager

  • Create configuration from RD53 database
  • Convert configs between YARR and BDAQ

• Bugfixes:

  • Fix #199 (closed), #215 (closed), #305 (closed)

• TODO:

  • Merge !286 (closed) will be its own MR
  • Documentation
