Release v0.15

This version changes the CLI to bdaq_* instead of bdaq53_*. Also it unifies the CLI of different modules, like main, configuration converter, firmware manager, ...

ENH:

• Threshold tuning algorithms now work on all flavors in parallel
• Linear finetuning
• YARR - BDAQ configuration converter
• register.read() now verifies if data is coming from correct address
• Remove si570 implementation from repo and use basil implementation

FIX:

• Fix TDC clustering algorithm
• Fix failing ToT tuning for multiple frontends
• Fix a mask_caching bug
• Fix a bug where trim config was not loaded again after chip.reset
