KC705 integration

Marco Vogt requested to merge kc705_integration into development

KC705 support is now integrated. There are two tcl scripts to generate a Vivado project matching the target hardware platform. The only differences are the Aurora core settings and the project default FPGA type. Everything else is handled by ifdefs.
