Addressing #57 (closed):

This MR adds a github.com git-lfs repository (https://github.com/SiLab-Bonn/bdaq53_data) to this repository. It holds large binaries and shows up under a folder data as a git submodule.

Additional changes:

  • Bugfix for end-of-cluster-function signature numba bug
  • Installation of blosc and pyzmq from conda repository preventing installation issues

No breaking changes
