ENH: Add and enhance module scripts

Some enhancements to existing module scripts plus adding some new scans and scripts

TODO:

  • check if more scans use additional plotting functions, otherwise revert moving them to plotting.py
  • test more
  • unit tests
  • unit test of analysis/analyze_disconnected_bumps_from_source_scan.py has to be updated
  • make scan_disconnected_bumps_source.py use analysis from analysis/analyze_disconnected_bumps_from_source_scan.py in order to not duplicate code
