Development itkpixv1 handling

This MR adds results from observations made during wafer probing to the main development branch:

  1. Enhance ADC readout stability.
  2. ADD the option to append a descriptive tag after each measurement
  3. ITkPixV1 Pixel register scan
  4. Well defined test pattern for register testing
