WIP: Itkpix noise tuning

This branch adds a quick and stable noise tuning to ITkPixV1. It is known, that Noise hits can lead to hitloss in ITkPixV1. Therefore it requires special treatment during tuning, resulting in an erroneous data stream, to monitor this the online analysis was extended with an error counter.
