Faster Aurora sync

Marco Vogt requested to merge Si570_configuration into development

The Si570 chip now is configured only during the first scan after power-cycling the board. This fixes the annoying start-up delay. The implementation makes use of an additional register bit inside the aurora core to store the Si570 configuration status.
