Tuning improvements

  • Improvements in global and local tuning scripts
  • Creation and usage of TDAC mask files
  • Add meta script to perform simple threshold tuning (first global then local and then a threshold scan to see result)
  • Simpler Scurve algorithm for TDAC plot
  • Correct handling of failed Scurve fits with old algorithm
  • scan.close() method implemented. Necessary for meta scripts, requires use of newest basil development branch
  • Introduce create_pdf parameter in all scans
  • Bugfixes
