Logfile improvements

Michael Daas requested to merge logfile_improvements into analysis_improvements

This merge request improves the behavior of all scan logfiles by logging the output from all module loggers, not just the scan logger. Additionally, the powersupply (if any) is now checked for the correct settings if already turned on.
