Logfile improvements

This merge request improves the handling of all scan logfiles by also logging information from all active loggers, instead of just from the scan logger. This solves #76 (closed).

Additionally, the powersupply (if any) is now also checked for the correct settings if it is already turned on.

Since this was branched from analysis improvements, it should be merged after !55 (merged) and therefore after !54 (merged) are merged.
