Analysis fixes and enhancements

Bug fixes:

• Online Monitor does not crash with new chunked analysis #104 (closed)
• S-Curve fit with step size 1 #108 (closed)

Enhancements:

• Event building from number of event header works even when an event header is missing by using additionally the trigger id info
• New event status: E_STRUCT_WRONG to label event that do not have an event header before a hit word
• Helper function to do quick raw data analysis. Useful for debugging and tuning.
