BCID error hist

To be able to distinguish counter errors in the FE from bit flips in the data transmission a BCID error histogram is added here. It shows where in one event the error happens (on which trigger ID). If it is just data transmission it would be random, but we can clearly see in this scan that the first BCID value is more likely to be wrong.
