Sync folder structure update: config cut strings are now in config/. First passes of sync branches are implemented. 2018 leading mutauh pair disagrees with FSA in 2 events out of the entire 2018 sync sample, jets and other branches are still WIP for a complete 2018 sync. Preparing for setup of first pass of DatacardCreator.
