	* cmt/requirements
		Add explicit dependency against AtlasHepMC rather than assuming it's accessible via
		ForwardTransportSvc. This fixes a problem with cmake since it (correctly) doesn't export
		header files and libraries from packages it depends upon to its clients since it creates
		a component library.
