Temporary workaround for monitoring FTK vertices are taken (commented) out

since due to recent modifications in the trigger software now also
FTK vertices stored in T0 can be monitored using TrigDecisionTool,
as we monitor other objects (see: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-17457).
The modification has been successfully tested on data provided by
John Baynes (see /afs/cern.ch/work/e/enagy/public/FTK_1217/NewTestFTK).
The q221 test has been also successfully run
(see /afs/cern.ch/work/e/enagy/public/FTK_1217/run221).
